- Focus on buy in from the team. Set up processes that improve the over all operation of their business and core mission. Sustainability is really a perspective that looks at perpetual improvement of the service/product delivered to the customer. Less input for more product delivered with a communication of values to the customer which carries over the quality of the product delivered.
