What topics would you like to see addressed by the Clean Technology Alliance?
Utilities are looking for ways to offer incentives for energy improvements. However, utilities generally don't have in-house staff knowledgeable about IT, so program design is difficult. BPA would like to engage SAO in discussing ways to offer incentives whether to end users or manufacturers.
